Jasmeen was once again a wonderful bride to work with. Jasmeen’s Sikh Punjabi Sangeet was held in Valencia California April 2010. We previously photographed her and her fiance Simon’s Magni Ceremony and Chunni Ceremony in September 2009 as well as their engagement photography session in January 2010. Being able to work with Jasmeen and Simon for five of their events has been a joy. Jasmeen’s Sikh Punjabi Sangeet was fun-filled with 100+ family and friends, lots of dancing and ceremonial events. The Sangeet was held at her house and because of how many people were there, it made it interesting to work around the crowd of people and take photographs. The crowd of family and friends gathered together. This was when they were singing traditional songs, joking around with one another and playing the dholki (two-sided drum).
